Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 248.553.4100 and ask for our service coordinator.
Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.
If you should need service on the weekend , please leave a voicemail message with your name and number, and your call will be promptly returned on Monday morning.
Paulson’s warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of 6 months from the date of final installation*. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Paulson’s is also not covered by warranty.
* The final Installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
